All coached athletes get together once a week for:

Wednesday at 5:30pm for speed on the track or strength in the hills.  Depends on what coach Matt is cooking up- but guaranteed to be a great workout!  Meet at the Boise High track on 11th and Washington streets, just north of downtown Boise.

As team members, coached athletes are encouraged to join us for:

Saturday AM:        Long run with the team- meet at Camelback park on 13th and Heron in Boise’s northland.  **subject to change, please confirm with coaches first!

Racing:                 While each build up is geared to a specific race, I encourage team members to test themselves and their fitness at races in the build up phase.  Racing builds confidence and team camaraderie, and of course it’s really just a lot of fun!
